Hey everyone!!!
I want to introduce myself. I am Ashley and have been involved in fitness for a very long time.. I used to be very into fitness prior to having my two children, but all of that has since changed as all of my focus was on raising my two children and all of the other lovely things life throws your way! My kids are now 6 1/2 and 4 1/2 years old both of them are in school and I have stuck to my workout plan for the last few weeks. Along with about 90% clean eating.. last year is when I started my journey on weightlifting and strength training and including cardio workouts in my circuits.. I took a very long break in the middle of summer until the fall as our family life got way too busy and very stressful to deal with so a lot of things are put on the back burner.. that has now changed and I'm back into my weightlifting strength training and cardio training.. so far I've been working out five days a week I planned out my cardio workouts as well as my weightlifting days I'm working on legs and butt arms and shoulders back and chest.. One thing I'm a little unsure about is how many days per week should I be doing cardio if I'm also lifting heavy weights at the same time.. i'd like to drop at least 5 pounds and tone up so I have some nice lean muscle.. I have been tracking my food diary and it has given me a 1700 caloric intake per day I have been coming in much less than that including adding in my exercise daily and it spits out that I will weigh 129lbs in 5 weeks if I ate like I did on that certain day.. I hope that is accurate! Lol
