App connection problems to MFP

Is anyone else having problems syncing up their apps to MFP?
I've used Garmin connect for my Vivosmart as well as Map my Fitness/Walk with no problems for a year. Now, all of a sudden, they won't connect, & every time I try, MFP just spits them right back out. Won't add my steps, excercises, or anything.
It's driving me nuts. Any help out there?
