20KG to lose anyone want to join me I'll need all the help I can get.....

Hi there,
I'm currently 93KG and after having two children within two years the pounds have piled on. So I'm giving myself to August-September time to lose 20KG. Ive done it before, went from 13st 8lb to 9st 7lb in 7 months but that was without children and hitting the gym, 6 hours of cardio a week.

I've started the insanity 60 challenge today so far so good....any tips on diet??

Please add me as friend would really help me to continue with my goal!!!!

    Yes get a food scale and weigh and log all food for a few days to get an idea where you are at right now. Reduce calories as needed.

    I have the same goal, to lose 20kg. Started today. Will try to keep the calorie intake under 1200 calories a day and hit the gym 4 times a week. Let's support each other
