Hi, all! If you want to join me on my path to awesomeness, then let's keep in touch and support each other. Working on a goal of losing 25 lbs this year. I used to run, but I'm getting older and my body's a little beat up, gained all this excess weight - ugh! Trying to adapt to new ways of exercising and being more aware of my food intake. For example, whoda thunk Chinese walnut shrimp were so high in calories?!? Grr. So - let's get this show on the road, and if and when we screw up ( and I have too many walnut shrimp) let's NOT beat ourselves up, but get back on our path of GREATNESS!!! TTYL! HERE'S TO A GREAT NEW US!
