Congrats on your sobriety. This is something that my husband and I have struggled with for quite some time. We stop, we start, and the cycle goes on. It's hard, and we each have to realize our wants and needs when it comes time for us. I am so glad that you have been able to make a positive change in your life. I made the same decision on September 26, 2010. A lot of people gain, I lost 60 lbs. Best thing I've ever done! Next was smoking, then losing weight. When I switched to an electronic cig I immediately wanted to MOVE. Keep up the good work, stick with the winners and don't ever, EVER give up!
