I'm Britt, and I am working on losing 13lb that I gained after a knee injury last summer. So far, so good. And I just discovered sugar free jell-o, which is the most amazing 10 calories you ever spent, let me tell you!

Anyway, I love bellydance and before my injury, I was working up to a performance level. Now unfortunately, I've only been greenlighted for low impact workouts, but I'm enjoying that too. There is nothing like an injury to remind you of how great it feels to work out and move around.
