or Dr. sez bariatric surgery for me. Need to be policed....anyone who can relate and we'll do this together?

    You can do this age is not a barrier. Log everything you eat and drink, take sone steps or walk if you can, log it all and show that Dr you don't need surgery. Stick with it don't give up. Good luck
