HAHA i love it that is awesome. Eat 1oz of almonds before bed if you are really just STARVING. Its only a few pieces, its a very healthy fat and is enough to curb that pain

How many meals are you consuming through out the day?

Is your weekly weight loss goal too aggressive, or did things just get away from you today? I'd say have a snack. A couple of hundred calories is not going to ruin your deficit for the day. (Maybe try to wait a little while, depending on your bedtime.)

Do you have anything higher in protein, lower in fat? A couple slices of chicken, some beef jerky, half cup of low-fat cottage cheese? These all come in around 75 calories, and they may help with hunger pangs. The suggestion for nuts is good, too--but the serving will be smaller, relatively speaking. Hang in there!

I guess I can't say that for a fact, but if your goal is anything more than .5 lb/week, it's true ;)

hey there :) Losing weight is a long term thing...if you are still hungry you can probably afford to go over a bit and still achieve a deficit. Somethings that you might find help the 'hungry' feeling could be to eat more protein rich foods, eat less fast absorbing carbohydrates (ie white bread/substitute with lower carbs), do more exercise (this increases your endrophins - happy hormones and can actually regulate your appetite). Oh and if you are trying to drop a lot of weight quickly (ie have a big deficit) then unfortunately you are going to be very hungry and will find it hard keep up
