what should my "goal" percentages be??

What does everyone have their "GOAL" settings on in My Fitiness Pal as far as Carb, Protein and Fat %'s??? I'm still playing around with this and don't know exactly what I should be trying to aim for, lol I'm 140lbs right now and trying to lose another 10lbs or so.

There's no specific "right" goal, but I personally have mine set at 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat0
