YUM!! Just made spiralized zuchini that I sauteed with garlic and cherry tomatoes, then added grated parm on top. Delicious! I got the spiralizer (Mueller brand) last year and could never figure it out. Finally pulled it out after forgetting about it and found a you tube video that explains all the attachments. Anyway, psyched to have a new tool for new recipes!

I have a spiralizer which I admit I haven't used yet but I did find a lot of recipes on skinnytaste.com for it, and I think spiralizer.com is a good site too (haven't checked that out as much but what I saw was interesting).

I really love mine, I will do zuchini with a spaghetti sauce on top for meal prep lunches!

The ultimate website for spiralized (or spiralized and then riced) veggies.
    https://inspiralized.com/
Both of her cookbooks are also fantastic!

I have one that looks more like a vegetable peeler, but it does the thin 'noodles' of vegetables (usually zucchini or carrots). I prefer to mix mine half and half with actual pasta, but it cuts the calories drastically even that way. I also chop them short and toss them in with rice.

Here's some ideas on this thread and I know I've seen other spiralizer recipe threads in the past. Maybe do a search and see what you come up with on here.

Haven't picked mine up yet but excited to do so! @Queenmunchy thanks for the feedback on her recipe books, wasn't sure which one to pick up. Now I know, both!
