Almost at goal weight but needing to tone up!

Hey guys so as the title says I am almost at my goal weight, but I have far too much fat on me. I am not sure how to determine my body fat percentage but I'm sure it is way too high especially for my weight. Up until now I have relied a great deal on just eating healthy with some exercise added in there. I need to tone up so I want to start a good exercise plan that will help me to do that. I currently work at a resteraunt and am on my feet usually 7+ hours a day(plus a 15 min walk to and from work), walk my dog for a minimum of 30 minutes usually twice a day, and I do the 30 day shred a few days a week. But I am looking for specific workouts, exercises, or even websites that could help me. I have had a hard time losing inches in the last few months, I've noticed clothes fitting differently so they are coming off just not in the areas I am measuring. Any and all feedback is welcome :)
