Loosing in KY

80 pounds to loose.. started January 3rd. Down 7 pds and weight on Thursday's. Accountability is a great asset. Lost 75 pds in 2009-2010 and have slowly gained it all back. Mother and wife From central KY. Anyone need some support as bad as I do ?

    Heyoo! KY in the house! I'm from South-Central Kentucky, and have lived in Pulaski and Madison counties. Let's lose those fried chicken pounds together! (Is it our fault that good Southern mama's food is all so delicious?)

    Hi ladies! I'm a Louisville native who moved away to Colorado for 18 years. We moved to south central Kentucky a little over a year ago to be closer to our families. I can feel all those healthy habits I developed in Colorado just slipping away now! I've put on five pounds and trying hard to get rid of it. I'd love some support and would happy to be there for you all! Sweet tea sure loves me!

    Moved away when i was 12. Im from breathitt county. But i did so to schools in lee and wolfe county.
