What do do after a slip and fall?

Fell flat in my back yesterday after the freezing rain, and am a bit laid up. What types of exercises or stretches are good for recovery? I know that if I don't do something, it will only get worse.

    I would suggest checking with your doctor instead of asking random strangers on the internet. You may end up making it worse.

    If you're injured from a fall that feels serious, then get a medical assessment.

    I strongly suggest Physical Therapy! I hurt my back last winter shoveling snow. Went to PT and was told it was actually my hip was out of place, not my back. Took 6 weeks of treatment with PT and at home to get hip back into place and be pain free. If I would have just done back stretching exercises on my own, I'm sure my issues would have lasted a lot longer........

    Go and get evaluated!!
