Good morning everyone! I just finished my first day at Level 1.:noway: It was tough and many short breaks were taken but I did make it all the way through the video! I can already tell that my legs are gonna be so sore tomorrow but I still plan on doing the 30 Day Shred again tomorrow.

Good luck to everyone who hasn't exercised yet today :bigsmile: and Congrats! :drinker: to those who have!

    I am on Level 2, Day 8. I will tell you it gets easier, however days 2 and 3 of Level 1 are the worst soreness wise. After that, if you keep at it, the soreness fades away. Level 2, you will be sore for a couple of days, but not nearly as bad as in level 1...and in different places. You can do it though!!! Congrats on starting! You will see a difference in your body. I am getting complements after only 2 levels. :)
