How do I add all the weight lifting etc to my excercise daily? It gives no calories burned.

Get a apple watch!
There is one in there I use to use but IDK it's really not accurate at all because it all depends on your intensity! Someone who's playing on their phone while doing leg extensions vs me covered in sweat and dripping all over the place... can't exactly log those the same ... so that is why I said apple watch

If you look under "cardio" you can use strength training and it will give you a calorie burn. BUT...beware of how much of that you actually eat back.0

Search for the word "train" and add the amount of time for "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" to Cardiovascular to get estimated Calories burned added to your Diary.0
