Okay so around September 2015 I started my weightloss journey at 148lb, 5ft 2.
My goal was to be 115lb, but 5 months in I reached 125lb but I only lost a few inches around the waist and most of my weight came off my fingers, feet, arms and wrists but my tummy and thighs were stubborn but I was really pleased with the results. I tried to lose the last 10lbs for a few months but nothing budged, eventually I moved into my first home and everything just came to a halt diet wise. I continued to eat healthy but just never counted calories anymore and was alowing myelf to pork out more than when I was dieting.
Today I saw my legs in the mirror while changing for work(we didn't have a full body mirror for months it was a nightmare lol), I was shocked when I seen my thighs, they were tiny! My tummy even looked flatter! Stood on the scales for the first time in months and surprisingly I actually stayed the same at 125lb.
I know I should be happy but I'm actually a little worried, I was already really tiny but now after looking at old pictures I feel like I'm too small. Even though I'm not dieting anymore Ive continued to shrink and I just want to know if it does stop eventually? Or should I try uping calories for a while to gain weight?
Thanks

Good luck0 -
At 5'2" 125 lbs is not too tiny. It's right in the healthy weight zone. It's probably just because you aren't used to seeing yourself at this size.6

How are your jeans fitting? Have you been taking measurements? Sometimes our eyes deceive us.0

Take measurements. In 30 days, take measurements again. That gives you real data to work with, which is what you need.0

This happened to me, too. It took me quite a few weeks to lose the last 2-3 pounds. During that time, I did continue to lose inches (mostly around stomach, butt, and thighs).
Hit my goal weight in early December. Recorded another loss of inches on January 1 (I only check this once per month). Since then, my size 2 pants have become too big for me (again). Expect to see another loss of inches on February 1. (BMI hovers between 19.5 and 19.8, so still in the healthy range, and I am 39 years old.)
I am still exercising a lot (not really doing strength training at this point, though), just eating more. Weight is not changing much, just a fraction of a pound each week with monthly hormonal cycles and water retention.
I don't worry about it much, but I have a super small frame and always felt better at a smaller size.0 -
If you're getting leaner but staying the same weight, that's a good thing (to a point of course). If you're happy with your weight and body composition, then I would suggest that you begin to SLOWLY increase your calorie intake. That'll get your body fat/composition to stabilize.0

You may not even be changing shape, it may just be that your brain has caught up with reality.
What we see when we look in the mirror doesn't have much to do with what's actually there - it has more to do with what you expect to see or are used to seeing.
There are lots of people on here who have been maintaining a healthy weight for years but still see themselves as overweight when they look in the mirror - the brain has never adjusted to the change. Maybe yours suddenly has.3
