Any females find success doing the 40/40/20 macro split? I've done 30/40/30 for the longest time and loved it, but it's time to switch it up cause I've been plateauing! What do you all think? Men please answer too, especially if you know some stuff about 40/40/20

If you've plateaued, I would look at your logging habits and calorie intake first. If you're enjoying your current macro split, and it is satiating for you, there really is no reason to change it. Weight loss is CI<CO, nothing more. It's more likely that you are just eating too many calories without realizing it. Have a look at this chart:
*Edit: It's also worth mentioning that our TDEE (maintenance calories) will get lower as we lose weight. So if you have not updated your goals in MFP to reflect any weight that you've lost, you could be eating at maintenance for your new weight.1
