I have been doing this only for a few weeks... Today I came on here searching for encouragement from the community so I've been reading lots of threads today because I'm just having a difficult day, the scale didn't move, negative self-talk is creeping in, etc. You get the point... Anyway, thank you to all of you guys that take the time to encourage and offer suggestions. I realize this is a process and its going to take time. Even though I know that I am not the only one on this journey, it helps knowing others are feeling like I am sometimes. I sincerely thank you.

    The process of eating less moving more is simple in theory, it's the emotional battles of the ups and downs and difficult days where you are tempted to just say eff it and go back to old habits are what makes it a difficult battle. Persistence is so important, but that are days when it is easier said than done. Tomorrow will be better!
