OMAD / Fasting regiment.

Hi all.

I'm brad 5ft 11" and getting back on the wagon after a long time off of it.
I use to weigh about 12.5 stone 4 years ago but now due to laziness I'm 16 stone and counting.

So looking for support. Work out 3 times a week now. And on a Calorific deficient of about 1000 Cals. Maintenance is 2800. Intake is 1800 Cals.

Macros set at 50% protein
30% carb and 20% fat. Clean food but lots of it in one sitting lol.
