Shirataki Noodle Swap

I'm trying to figure out how many bags of shirataki noodles I would need to swap for a recipe that calls for 12 oz of uncooked noodles. (I always get stuck with figuring out how many cups cooked pasta one gets from X amount of dry.) If it makes a difference, the original recipe calls for Asian rice stick noodles. The shiratakis come in 6 oz bags. Not sure if that includes the water they're packed in.
