Do you use the journal entry section of mfp to log what's going on, and explaining what you're doing?
I found I love to blog about my fitness journey. These past couple weeks, I have started to share details about what I'm doing to lose weight, why I'm doing it, and what's new in my life. I've always loved writing, but never really had a subject to write about until now. Does anyone else do this to help keep themselves motivated? Do you use it to keep yourself accountable?

I feel like if I have to explain to someone why I've fallen off the wagon, or what my next plans are, that I'm more motivated to keep going.

I'd love to hear about what keeps you motivated. If you blog about your journey, feel free to friend me. I'm a 5' tall first time mom of a 4 month old that's trying to get healthy and energetic again.

I use a paper journal for progress pics, weight insurance, measurements, fitness accomplishments, quotes, etc. 2 1/2 years . It's very motivational!

I need to get back to my journaling. I am actually a freelance writer but I write all day for my clients so am cross-eyed by the end of the day ha! However, journaling helps me a lot. Thanks for the reminder. :)
