Just stated two weeks ago....doing exercise, have kept mostly to caloric intake....not lost much, 1 lb. I have a large belly that I really want to go down. I have been doing elliptical for 30-60 minutes at 4-6 mph and doing hills on it. Also doing the ab circuit at Planet Fitness. So...I have added lots of exercise 5 days a week and cut down caloric intake. No big changes. Drinking lots of water too!
Not quitting! Determined to keep going no matter what cause I feel better! Gone mostly paleo diet.
Any ideas? I admit I have gone over 100-200 calories about twice a week.
