My FAVORITE Workout Buddies

No question, no advice, I just wanted to show off my favorite workout buddies.

They are never in a bad mood, they don't ever complain, and walking or jogging with me is their favorite part of their day (second of course to eating, sleeping, tug-of-war, belly rubs and peanut butter).

    My alarm goes off at 5 every morning. If I'm not up in 15 the covers are off me and the leash brought to me and he is crying like the world is ending. No excuses.

    We hike, run, splash around the beach together and never gets tired. Best activity partner ever.

    Oh yes - if it was for my 'rescue' dog.... "Sophie".... I might not EVER move....she is my life saver ...

    (I would post a picture of her, but I am so UN-educated about how to do things like that....just take my word ... she is a cutie)

    I just googled how to post pictures here, and it surprisingly worked!

    Both of my dogs are rescues too! The Shepherd was from a shelter and the Lab/Pitt was abandoned in Louisiana and we happened to stumble upon her. The rest is history :)

    He is a pound puppy, so the best guess is border collie and Aussie mix.

    I went into the shelter to see a different dog and saw him and it was love at first sight. We get stopped every single time we go out by people telling us what a beautiful dog he is. But he was at the pound forever. No one wanted him. Poor thi
