Hey all! Just cut my fruits and veggies for breakfast. Now I'm trying to find quick meals under 500 calories! Stating this calorie voy ting has helped me maintain my weight. Thanks all!!! #countingcalories

Hey, plenty of meal options for under 500 calories. I like to take any recipe that sounds good, and then use extra veggies to make it bulkier. This gives a larger portion for fewer calories. Play around with the recipes you have!1
