I buy the powdered vitamin c packets. My fav taste is the ester-c and ener-c brand. I tried emergenC brand and did not like that one. Plus extra vitamin c helps immune system and can give a little pep of energy naturally!0

If you're into nutty flavors, try iced roasted barley tea. You can buy barley tea bags online or in Asian markets. I typically cold brew 2 quarts day, which lasts me about a day and a half. During the summer, I drink barley tea in place of water almost exclusively. It's got zero calories, is caffeine free, and is very refreshing, IMO.0

I add fresh lemon or lime juice to mine, and got a soda siphon so I can make seltzer at home whenever I want. Definitely worth it!0

Depends on how many of these you are using in a day. Too much Vit C can cause some GI discomfort.
OP: I add MIO, or fruit infusion. I also like tea of various types.0 -
I buy sparkling water.1

I carbonate my water. Very exciting.0
