So, here I am, day seven of my most recent attempt to shed off this extra weight. I have many failure stories I could share, but I'm not going to do that. This time I am going to succeed. For once in my life I want to feel passionate about something. To do that I am forgetting about all my trial and errors and focusing all on success.
I am a 22 year old wife and mother. I have a lot of life to live, and for myself I feel the only way to do that is healthy. I want to spend time with my daughter, and fish with myhusband without being tired or trying to find a place to sit.. I want to know what its like to walk without having to constantly having to ask "can you slow down?".
I have started my road to healthy and by doing that I have to surround my self with non toxic people. I need motivaters and reminders that I can do this. I love the compliments "you're beautiful, you don't need to lose weight." Or the "eat what you want, life is too short. Yea, life is short, so I want to live it, but I want to be able to live it.
So here I am, with over 100 lbs to lose and I'm 2.2 lbs into it.

You can do it! Setting realistic goals and having encouragement and accountability while logging my food everyday has helped me to be the most successful in the past. That is why I love MFP. I am starting another journey of needing to lose 60 lbs. I went back through my weight tracker and looked at how my weight has always fluctuated but for some reason I always stay around 190-200 range. NO MORE!1

It's great to have you here. Congrats on your 7th day of reaching your goals! And congrats on the 2.2 lbs lost so far!
One of the biggest motivators is a group of supportive folks that can guide you and cheer you along in your endeavors. I am just beginning and I feel a lot better about myself and I feel much more able to reach my goals by being active in the MFP community. I'm on day 4 myself, but I've never felt this strongly about changing myself.
I am certain you can be successful too as long as you stick around and stay active with us! Feel free to add me if you like (this goes for anyone else reading this) and we can motivate each other as we reach our goals!1
