Want to lose FAT

My ultimate goal is to lose fat. I'm trying to do that through weights and cardio but I feel the more I workout, the more I want to eat which, of course, doesn't help me to stay within my deficit. And I also feel boggled down with all the many "ways" of losing fat while I just been maintaining when I want to LOSE. I know I should be patient but it just sucks when the scale go down then back up. OK I'm done my rant. Thanks for listening Lol
