Activity Level?

Hi! I've been using myfitnesspal for a little over a year to accurately maintain my weight. My dilemma is this:
When I started out I was about 122 at 5 foot 7 inches. I felt really confident in my appearance and was consistently in that range, up and down a couple lbs.
I'm now working a job at a small vitamin store about 5 days a week, averaging about 7 hours a day on my feet walking around the store and putting away stock, helping customers, normal retail. Every site says I'm lightly active so I averaged around 1850 to 1950 calories a day to maintain. However I did a more accurate activity log on healthstatus that pinned me at burning closer to 2000 to 2100. I've noticed I've gone down to about 118 (part of which was from my previous more active job/being depressed while working and losing my appetite). I don't feel as confident and want to get back up to where I was but I'm not sure what my activity level is. What does it sound like to you? Sorry if this is long winded I'm just really confused. Thank you!

Sounds about right to go with 2100 or so. I just posted a similar dilemma in the weight loss forum actually. We're the same height. Depending on your age and gender (I'm assuming female) it might be helpful to check out the reply I got. If you count steps, I was told for every 2k steps a day you get about 100 calories over BMR.

Hey thanks for the reply! Yeah I honestly was kind of hoping that the site I used was right so I can eat more lol. I don't want to gain a lot so I was worried about going overboard but it sounds like I'm on the right track!

No problem! Just figured since we're the same height it seemed about right from what I see. Though the less you weigh the less your maintenance will be so maybe start slowly adding calories until you see what works. When I was 140lb and working as a stocker in a grocery store I was eating a ton! It's awesome :)

Yeah I definitely want to get back to about where I was. It's not a huge numerical difference but when I lose I always lose from my upper body which is really skinny comparatively so it looks more extreme than it is and with spring around the corner I don't want to worry about my arms looking *too* scrawny
