Please don't tell me when I'm over 50. That's My Little Secret. Haha
My goal is to lose a pound every week until I get to my goal of 30 pounds. I lost it before and I can do it again. I want to feel light and happy.
I gained the weight back because I went through a divorce. It took a toll on me. Then.I dated someone very controlling who literally fed me. We ate and drank too much together. I spent my spare time going to see him. I lost all my good habits.
After we broke up I started to see someone who needed and underwent brain tumor surgery. That relationship is taking its toll on me as well. I was fit 3 years ago, and I need to get it back. I know what to do, it's just a matter of discipline
