Just completed first week and love myfitnesspal. It is so easy to use and really makes you aware of what you are eating so you can make better choices. My goal is to lose 15 lbs before March. I have a health coach, who was assigned to me through my insurance company inorder to get a premium break, and she also was excited about the program.
