Nutrient values not meeting goals

I'm looking over my reports graphs, and I'm seeing something very disturbing... I get on average about 30% of my daily iron goal, and less than 25% of my potassium. Can this be right??? I'm hoping this is just because sometimes people don't enter all the nutrient values when they put a food into the database, and not that I'm going to keel over dead from malnutrition one of these days! (yes, I'm exaggerating.) I take a multivitamin only sporadically, and have never found a chewable one with iron in it, so I take no iron supplement at all. Please somebody set my mind at ease here!

Iron may be closer to being correct, but as long as your diet is not all processed grains and fats, you eat more potassium than will register here.

Not eating enough iron (and in a forms/ways your body can absorb) is a common problem.

Meat and specifically organ meats (and seafood) are good sources of the most absorbable for of iron, while it's best to eat vitamin C with less absorbable sources such as supplemental iron (usually ferrous sulfate) and plant sources (beans, dark chocolate, lots of vegetables).

Also, Vitamin A plays an important role in mobilizing iron from storage.
