After some complications with my health, I recently faced terminating my pregnancy...

For the three weeks since then I've been eating non-stop junk - bedridden in my mum's house with 7 cherry tomatoes, a sad looking red pepper and some tins of mushy peas at my disposal made reaching for the many variations of white breads, cakes and biscuits seem a lot easier. I know I need to stop while it's early, I'm hungry because I wasn't able to eat properly during any point of the pregnancy (the biggest meal held down was about 11or so weeks when I ate 4 mini-crepes with a raspberry smeared into each like jam), but it's the unhealthy habits that are only starting now.

I don't want to end up more miserable than I am, just because I didn't put any effort in. So here goes, would love to know if anyone else is losing post pregnancy/abortion weight - because of being so far on, my body is acting more like I had a baby than not. **Breast milk coming through was the absolute worst emotionally :s **

I'm so sorry. What a heart-wrenching experience. I haven't been through it, and can only imagine how difficult it must be. :(

It's time work on some self-care, I think. Eat well (healthy foods in healthy portions) and get some gentle exercise, like walks or yoga, if you can. Maybe set MFP for "maintenance" or a slight deficit, to start easing in. No need to rush in.

    Best wishes.
