Has anyone tried the Shaklee 7 day cleanse? if so, your thoughts?

A waste of time, money and energy.
If you want to lose weight, eat less, move more. If you are constipated, eat prunes. If you feel sinful, talk to a priest. You are supposed to have *kitten* in your colon.4 -
