My summer workouts.

Well I have decided to take a total break from my regular workouts this summer and pray to the moon that I can maintain my surrent weight without gaining. Why? well I suck in the heat I have no drive no energy and am using what little energy I have to keep up with my husband and three year old little girl. I have been struggling with this decision for awhile and have finally made a guilt free descision. I am staying active and eating healthy with a few treats here and there. For a minute I felt like I was letting everyone down but I know I am not. I am still logging and taking short walks. unless it is on the nature trail. Just felt like I had to explain and let it out hope no one is disappointed and understands where I am coming from. come September I will be in my exercise room and pushing myself along with all of you again. thanks for supporting me and understand Peace Love and Hugs to you all.:flowerforyou:

Hey Starlessknigh, don't feel bad about not working out and trying to explain it to everyone. I make rationalizations to be lazy and not work out too!

not being lazy just not doing my regular workouts in my weight room. am going for walks everyday and gardening and doing outdoor things and on weekends we go for hikes on the nature trail which last for about 2.5 hours or more. so I am far from lazy.

Really Starlessknigh, this is the no judge zone. Don't worry about it. We know substituting harder work for easier work isn't lazy :glasses:

It is hot here so the only workout I get are swimming... which I do love... but I am starting to miss my walks outside sometimes. Swimming can be hectic and sometimes sandy/dirty (if we go to the lake instead of the pool). The treadmill at the gym is starting to appeal to me.
