I just started yesterday. I'm looking to be healthier. I started counting calories. I been running on the treadmill. I need to start lifting weights, but I don't know what I'm doing lol. The few times that I have lifted, I just lifted without counting reps or sets. I just lifted until I couldn't anymore. I definitely need help.

So I'm looking for friends for motivation and help. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.

    A good place to start for lifting is browsing some beginner programs. Bodybuilding.com has TONS on their site, and their app is super helpful to track each workout you do!

    Hey. Thank you so much. I got the bodybuilding BodySpace app. There's a list of workouts and shows u exactly how to do the exercises. This will definitely help.
