Help with the scale???

So im really confused with my scale. Its a good one. But when i wake up i weight myself and its 312-333. but in the afternoon/evening i weigh myself and i am 352. thats a really big difference and im not sure which numbers to believe ha. so confusing.

    Always weigh yourself the same time each morning. You will be at your lightest when you weigh yourself when you first wake up as your body has not eaten in the last 12 hours. I would reccomend weighing yourself once a week on the same day and around the same time in the morning.....that way you will have a more consistent and accurate idea of your weight loss. Your body's weigth will fluctuate each day, so weighing yourself each day may discourage you.

    40 pounds is a pretty big variance. I would try a new scale.

    I found out what i was doing wrong lol. I was looking at the number as it was changing which involved not standing straight. now that im standing straight it only changes by two pounds from morning to night :)
