Why does my fit pal increase your daily calories after exercise when you want to lose weight?

Because the calorie deficit needed to lose weight is included in your baseline daily goal. While some people exercise in order to increase their calorie deficit, many of us separate exercise from weight loss in that we exercise in order to bit fit and want to fuel our fitness. (And, of course, not everybody on MFP is trying to lose weight.)0

Because exercise is for fitness, not losing weight. You should eat at least some of your exercise calories back. Having too much of a deficit is not healthy. Plus, your goal should be to lose mostly fat. Losing too quickly causes muscle loss as well.0
