Back after multiple fractures. Any fitness battle starts in the kitchen, B4 exercise.. 80% diet IMHO

Hello MFP people. David, 54yrs young. I was a member on here a couple of years ago, and actually lost all the weight I aimed for. I failed to switch my routine to maintenance, and stay with MFP. Also had a spill and broke my right arm in ten places (end of summer 2014) so was very restricted as regards exercise for a while. A great surgeon rebuilt me with titanium and twelve screws, but I still managed to fracture my skull, 2 ribs, left cheekbone and right elbow since. Been back here a month, and lost 7lbs by exercising more and watching my carbs. I like walking and mountains, motorcycles, fishing and shooting targets (nothing living) seeking like minded fitness-pals for the distance. Oh, and 'Rockets' was a nick-name from when I worked in law enforcement. Something to do with my driving style, allegedly!
