Is eating 2-3 eggs a day bad for you in the long run? Is it bad for weight loss?

How long are you going to eat that many eggs a day for? Typically no since it has been proven dietary cholesterol is not as bad as once thought to be. As long as you are in a calorie deficit there is no food that is bad for weight loss.

It would not be bad for most people. For some though dietary cholesterol can significantly impact blood cholesterol so just make sure you get regular checkups with your doctor.

Eggs are great diet foods because they are low in calories and high in nutrients.

I've always wondered...what has to be going on with a person (like medical wise) for the dietary cholesterol to impact the blood cholesterol?

Good question. I've always assumed it had something to do with the liver. Like maybe the liver didn't adjust and produce less cholesterol like it does in others. But honestly IDK if I read that somewhere or just made a guess.
