Okay folks, I am possibly the *least* flexible person alive. Even as a kid I was almost embarrassingly inflexible. Thing is I never really learned how to stretch properly. I have no clue what I'm doing! Can anyone recommend a good program to improve flexibility?

I agree with the yoga recommendation. It won't happen overnight but if you stick with it, you'll see results. If you're not into yoga, try mat Pilates.

start with very beginners yoga so you dont hurt youself as that becomes easier then move up to a more difficult sequence or video dont rush yourself it takes time

Yoga. For my entire life I could not bend over and touch my toes, or even my ankles. Now, at 39 I can easily touch the floor (among other crazy things I'd never thought I'd be able to do). Check out Yoga with Adriene on youtube. She has several 30 day video series and it's for all levels.

I thought that I was the least flexible person! My hammies are soooo tight and I had never been able to touch my toes until three days ago when I came across this video and tried it for myself. It's incredible, just goes to show it's all in the mind/you can reset the body. Hope the link works! https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=share&v=ydkhqfhPuGQ
