I weighed and measured myself today and I lost 2 pounds. My blood pressure is down some more. That's 5 pounds down. 25 to go. I got my new treadmill yesterday. It's a beast. No electricity to help and its permanently on an incline. Trying out the C25K. I made it the whole way but believe me I had to get off and walk some of the walk sessions, lol. I am "In It to Win It!"

Was using a Eat This Much. Was!!!! They gave me a 30 day trial and then charged me half way through the free trial. I cancelled the subscription. Is there a meal planner with grocery list other than Eat This Much. I will never stop using MFP but I need some additional help keeping the ingredients in my kitchen for meals. Help!!

While I don't know of any free services that offer meal-planning advice, I would suggest looking through a site like skinnytaste.com and budgetbytes.com. Find recipes that look tasty to you and buy the ingredients.

You can use the recipe builder on MFP to help calculate calories for each recipe.

Take a look at Scoobysworkshop.com and look for custom meal planner, it's all free although your options for food will be limited however it will give you amount of grams for each food which is very convenient and other valuable information.

Doesn't have a grocery list but it's pretty common foods so shouldn't be a problem if you make an effort and create your own little one with the website.

Congratulations on your progress so far! I've always done my meal planning the old fashioned way: I sit down on the weekend next to my cookbooks, talk with my wife about what we want to eat, write down what I'm going to make for the next week (including planning leftovers some nights), and draw up a grocery list on a separate piece of paper. My wife and I go to the store and divide up the list, then meet up to make sure we have everything.

I just did a bit of web searching and found MealPlannerPro.com, which looks like it might save some work. It's free (if you can tolerate the ads), so there's nothing to lose!
