Slow starting

I joined MFP a few months ago, but it's only been the last few weeks that I've really been working in earnest to change my lifestyle. I'm finding MFP to be an amazing tool - now that I see what I'm eating, I think long and hard before I put anything in my mouth.
The scale is moving slowly, but it *is* moving.
I'm hoping to reach my first mini goal (to hit 199) before Labor Day. Here's hoping I pull it off!

We are exactly at the same place in this Journey. I started using MFP a couple of months ago. I got discouraged cuz I have not been able to get below the 200 mark. I kinda gave up for a week or so but I am back and have made up my mind I can do this!
