I need help! I struggle for time to make meals ready for work! Any suggestions to what I can do for dinners at work? Something healthy, nice and quick to make for work what won't get boring
I need all the help I can get!

Why not make meals when you have time then just heat them up at work?0

Every Sunday, I try to make a large pot of hearty soup (especially during the fall and winter months). I then freeze them in individual servings (Ziploc bags work great because they store flat and are quicker to thaw) and "grab and go" as necessary.1

Like CafeRacer, I cook and freeze portions. I grab what I want before leaving for work.0

I make meals three days in advance to cut down on cooking time. baked chicken, brown rice, and a roasted vegetable is a pretty good option. easy to cook and they reheat well.0
