I was searching Google for a low-calorie brownie recipe to satisfy my cravings yesterday, haha. The one that I found is really good, so I thought I would share! I used regular sugar. Using the MFP calculator, I calculated each brownie as 64 calories, 12 carbs, 1 fibre, 2 protein, 654 sodium, and 23 iron. However, the original recipe says that they are 100 calories, so take it as you will haha.
Low-Calorie Brownies:
3/4 cup: Low fat yogurt (Vanilla or plain work best)
1/4 cup: Skimmed milk (or almond/soy)
1/2 cup: Cocoa powder
1/2 cup: Wholegrain rolled oats
1/2 cup: Truvia (or any natural/stevia based sweetener that pours like sugar)
1: Egg
1 tsp: Baking powder
Pinch of salt
Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/400°F and grease a small baking tray (about 8in x 8in). Mix all of the ingredients together and then process or blend until smooth (unless you want whole oats in your brownie). Pour into your pan, and then bake for 20 minutes!
When they're completely cool, slice them up. The calorie count is based on cutting them into 9 brownies.

Sounds yummy to me and I have all of the ingredients already might make some tonight... yay! Quick question, does it still only call for 1/2 of a cup if you are using sugar? I thought these sugar substitutes were always sweeter.0

I used 1/2 cup regular (granulated white) sugar, and they taste great. They have a hint of sweetness, but it's not overpowering. If you would like to have sweet brownies, add more than 1/2 cup, however I didn't so I don't know how much.0

In the oven now. With Stevia in the raw, less than 1/2 Cup, Fage Fat free greek yogurt, the total pan is 454 calories, 63 carbs, 13 fat, 36 protein and 12 fiber.
I hope they are good, as I plan to cut them in 6 pieces of 76 calories each. Thank you OP!!0 -

Have found sugar substitutes to be extra sweet. Depending on your taste try 1/4 cup sugar subs + 1/4 cup ground almonds. Or :flowerforyou: add some sultanas for natural sweetness.0
