Competition weight

Any Olympic lifters on here who are aiming to maintain their competition weight? I'm in the 69kg category. Currently at about 66kg so I have a bit of give before my competition on 11 Feb. Wondering how others manage their intake in order to maintain strength and stamina in the last couple of weeks of hard training without gaining lots. Gaining a bit of muscle would be great! But the overall goal is to maintain the weight so it's just under 69kg or bang on when stepping on those scales on comp day.
