Hello all! I am a gay 36 year old cub living in Glasgow and looking to make a change in my life!

For years I have not been eating well, piling the pounds on and generally sitting in front of my computer at home or at work doing one thing or the other.

I currently weigh 102.5 kgs and only 175cm tall. Apparently, according to certain websites, I am obese.....although looking at myself I think personally I just need to shed a few kgs and I would be good.

Any pointers and support from anyone would be more than appreciated!

Hello, from Atlanta, Georgia, USA! You can absolutely lose weight being sedentary by following the guidelines, of course moving around will help. Just start tracking everything you put in your mouth! And start moving! Good luck!

Eating what you need and not what you want is a good start. Set a timer on your computer to remind you to do an exercise can help to. If you can walk it, don't bus / drive to it.
