I'm looking to live a better life and I'm starting by eating right and trying to walk for 60 minutes a day... I weigh about 309 and I want it to go down a lot more so I can start feeling better about myself.. I walk at work all day so I'm doing about 8 hours of walking... Just need a little more help on what to eat so I don't just eat whatever.. Thanks for all your help and I hope I can find some help...
