Critique My Workout

OK - so I have learned that in order to meet my goals I need to strength train. Hopefully I will learn to like this :-)
So I can not afford a personal trainer and unfortunately I do not have a buddy that can spot for me using the free weights. So for now my plan is to use the weight machines. Today I worked to determine the weights and number of reps for the workout and here is where I plan to start. My thought is to start with a full body routine twice a week:
Arm Curl 3 sets 10 reps 30 lbs
Arm Extension 3 sets 10 reps 40 lbs
Seated Leg Machine 3 sets 20 reps 115 lbs
Seated Row (includes 3 hand positions) 1 set 45 reps (15 reps per hand position) 40 lbs
Seated Dip 3 sets 15 reps 80 lbs
Standing Calf 3 sets 10 reps 55 lbs
Abs - I do not like the ab machines - in working with the trainer I had to do 30 reps on the machine before I felt anything. Instead I generally do a 10 minute ab routine from you tube that is mostly floor work and not a machine.
Am I working all the muscle groups that I should be? Anything that I am overworking?
How do I need when it is time to change? Since i am mainly looking too convert fat to muscle and tone - do i start change by increasing reps? When is it time to increase weight?
Any other thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
