Hi everyone, Dave, 52 year old from the UK. 6 years ago I wasn't very successful at dieting and lost faith in my ability to be successful at anything, but especially losing weight!
I've just completed my first week (ok 6 days) at trying the Insane programme, now at my age, I don't want a heart attack, so I'm carefully monitoring my heart rate and if I feel exhausted ....... I rest!
So it's taking me double the time to finish the daily routines, but I am finishing them and in a couple of months time, I will do them again ..... faster!
By day 4 lost 8lbs, but needed a carb intake over last 2 days, so 6 days in and down 2lb.
I'm happy with that for now, until my metabolic rate stabilises and I can hopefully up that to 4lb per week.
Looking forward to sharing tips and motivating each other to hit our goals!

Your actual age may be 52 and if you need to lose a lot of weight your heart age could be well past 60, but if you keep exercising frequently your heart age can go down, down, down and be in the 40's.
