I weigh 133, 5'6, and eating around 2200 calories a day. I know that I should be aiming for a gram of protein for each pound to gain muscle but how much would be the minimum amount of protein to maintain my muscle?

There is no exact amount. Somewhere between 0.6-1g/lbs is OK.2
